Take some deep breaths. Slowly. Focus on how it feels when you inhale and exhale.
Feel the crinkle in your forehead? Between your eyebrows? The stiffness in your jaw? Relax them one by one. Relax your face. Relax your shoulders and let that relaxation drift down to your arms, your hands. Concentrate on every muscle group that holds tension. Relax.
