Weighed in at 163.8 lbs this morning. I’m looking forward to slimming down this summer and focusing on being healthier :) I know that my weight won’t change who I am, so this weight loss is purely for personal, cosmetic reasons.

So far, I’m planning on following Weight Watchers until I’m lifting heavy enough to change my diet.
